How to redeem your passes & vouchers!

Whether you purchased a Christmas in July voucher or a pack of passes, our step-by-step guide below will walk you through the process of redeeming them.

Once you’ve purchased your passes, head to your email to find your tickets! Your passes will be emailed from noreply@roller.app

To redeem passes in person, simply show your pass with the QR code at the ticket booth and we’ll scan it. To redeem passes online, you will need to input the code which appears below the QR code in the ‘Apply a Discount’ box upon check out.

Select your pass or ticket type on our tickets page! Choose a date and time that works best for you.

Select the ‘Check Out’ button and sign in to your existing account or create a new one.

Select ‘Redeem Now’ and enter your code underneath the QR code that was emailed to you.

FAQs

Q: Can I redeem my passes in person?

A: Yes! Please note: This method is subject to availability, and you may not get the exact time you want.

Q: Can I redeem more than one pass at a time?

A: Yes! You will need to add each ticket or pass individually to your cart, ensuring the quantity associated with each ticket using a pass is one.

Note: if you have a bundle that has multiple items, such as ice skating, you will need to redeem the whole bundle at one time.

Q: Do I have to redeem all of my passes at the same time?

A: No!

Q: Can I use my passes for other people?

A: Yes, if you are purchasing them through your account.

Q: When do my passes expire?

A: All passes are valid for one season only and will expire at the end of the season you bought them for.
