What are your hours?

We are open the Saturday, November 18, 2023 through Monday, January 1, 2023. Excluding Christmas Day, 11/23 and 11/24 (for the 5K run/walk). We are open: Mon-Thurs 5pm-9pm Fri-Sat 5pm-11pm* *Please note: Santa's Workshop will close at 10:30PM on Friday & Saturday.
When Is Santa available?

Santa is available in his Workshop through Dec 23 on the following days/Times: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 5:30pm-8:30pm Friday & Saturday: 5:30pm-9:30pm Click on Santa & His Workshop for additional information.
Where are you located

The entrance for regular vehicles is Jellystone Park™ in Caledonia, WI, located at 8425 State Rd 38 Caledonia, WI 53108 The entrance for sleigh riders and golf cart riders is located at 10006 7 Mile Rd. Caledonia, WI 53108
Do you donate to a charity?

Yes, we work with Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin as well as several local fundraisers. Click on our PROUD PARTNERS page for more details.
Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for specific community members such as police officers, firefighters, EMS, military, teachers, nurses, seniors (65+) & more. Click on "PROUD PARTNERS" and scroll down for additional info.
Do you offer fundraisers?

Yes, we offer fundraisers for local PTOs as well as groups, clubs and sports teams. This information can be found under the Groups & Fundraising tab.
Can I pay at the gate?

In an effort to safely manage the amount of vehicles entering the light show, we ask all of our guests to please purchase tickets in advance! Tickets can be purchased at wichristmascarnival.com/hours-pricing
Are pets allowed?

You are welcome to bring your furry friends along with you inside your vehicles to enjoy the lights! Please note, pets are not allowed outside of vehicles or inside any buildings for health and safety reasons. We offer one Pet Night with Santa per season where pets are able to get out of their vehicles and get a photo with Santa outside of his Workshop!
