Ice Skating
You don’t have to be a seasoned pro to enjoy this outdoor rink! Whether you’re a veteran on the ice or lacing up for the first time, ice skating under the twinkling lights is a winter delight sure to make your spirits bright!
Bring your own skates or rent a pair from us (limited availability).
Please Note: Ice skating requires temperatures below 50 degrees for optimal conditions. If temperatures exceed 50 degrees, the skating rink will be closed.
We suggest wearing at least crew length socks to prevent blisters.
Giant Snowless Tube Hill
Get ready for heart-pounding excitement as you zoom down Randy’s Thrill Hill, our Super Mega Slide, now transformed into a winter wonderland adventure! Towering 70 feet high with a 50-foot vertical drop, this slide delivers pure holiday adrenaline without a single snowflake needed.
Riders must be at least 42” tall to ride. Only one rider per tube, one tube may go down at a time, and tubes cannot be connected. Lap riding is not permitted. Maximum weight per tube: 300 lbs.

Yes, we have rental skates available! You can rent skates from us for $5 or bring your own. Please note, we cannot guarantee your size.

Outside food and beverages, except water, are not permitted at our location. There are onsite, indoor concessions available inside Santa’s Workshop to purchase food & drink.

Your ticket is valid for the entirety of our open hours on the date that the ticket was purchased.

The ice skating rink requires temperatures to be below 50 degrees for optimal conditions. If temperatures exceed 50 degrees, the skating rink will be closed.
We do not issue refunds for activities affected by weather such as rain, snow, or wind. If an activity is closed due to inclement weather conditions, guests will be notified at least 2 hours in advance and receive a full refund in the form of a gift card credit.

Winter in Wisconsin can be very chilly! We recommend full winter gear including jacket, hat, gloves and long sleeves for ice skating & the snowless tube slide.

For ice skating, guests should enter The Ember Lodge and check in at Firefly Boutique.
Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.

Ice Skating: Guests of all ages are welcome to ice skate at their own risk. We have a limited number of skate walkers for those just starting out. Please note, children cannot be left unattended on the property and must be supervised at all times.
