In an effort to safely manage traffic coming into the show, we recommend that guests pre-purchase tickets prior to arrival.
We encourage all customers to arrive during the time slot purchased. However, we will still accept tickets if customers arrive prior to or after their purchased time slot. Friday through Sunday, expected wait times could be 30-45 minutes and Mon-Thursday 15-30 minutes to enter even with pre-purchased tickets. Note our peak times are between 5-7 p.m. Tickets purchased for a time slot are valid to line up anytime within that hour. Example: If you have a 6pm ticket, we recommend arriving between 6-6:40.

Please note: Santa's Workshop (The Ember Lodge/Firefly Boutique) is open every day. Santa is in his workshop and available for photos every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5:30pm-8:30pm and Friday & Saturday from 5:30pm-9:30pm until Dec 23. Visit Santa's workshop to learn more.
