Light Show Hours

We ask that all guests arrive during their purchased time slot, however we will accept tickets if you arrive earlier or later. On Fridays - Sundays, expect a 30-45 minute wait; Monday - Thursday, wait times may be 15-30 minutes. Peak hours are 5-7pm. Tickets are valid for entry at any time within your chosen hour (e.g., for a 6pm ticket, we suggest arriving between 6-6:40pm).

Please note: Santa's Workshop is open every day during the peak light show season*. Santa is in his workshop and available for photos every Sunday & Monday from 5:30p-8:30p | Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5:30-8:30pm | Friday & Saturday from 5:30-9:30pm until Dec 23rd.

*Santa’s Workshop, including retail and food outlets, are closed in January.

Cancellation Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds or credits for cancellation of ticket purchases.

Weather Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds for activities affected by weather such as rain, snow, or wind. If an activity is closed due to inclement weather conditions, guests will be notified at least 2 hours in advance and receive a full refund in the form of a gift card credit.
