Fundraising
We are proud to offer fundraising opportunities for local schools, sports teams, clubs & non-profit groups through our light show!
HOW IT WORKS!
​When your supporters visit the Christmas Carnival of Lights on your selected fundraising date, you will receive 25% of their car pass as a donation to your organization. Several dates are available for your organization to choose as their special fundraising day and are available on a first come, first serve basis. We will only allow a limited number of organizations to participate per evening. Please reach out for available dates.
Once your dates are confirmed, your organization will distribute information among your supporters for the Christmas Carnival of Lights. This will come in the form of a Coupon Code that will be entered at the time of checkout. Our marketing team will create a personalized flyer and social media post that you can use to spread the word. So easy!
Extra Incentives:
If your organization has more than 35 cars attend, you will receive 30% of proceeds from your supporters. The more you promote your event, the more money your group can earn!

Community Book Readings
Interested in having us attend your business for a private reading of our book, Evy the Evergreen Finds His Shine? Your organization works with us to choose a date and time for our staff to come to you and read our book! This is a great opportunity for schools, daycares, cafes and more. We can do these events both open to the public or private to just your organization. This special event is also entirely free to you!
Book Readings Include: A donated copy of our book, Evy the Evergreen Finds His Shine, coloring pages, bookmarks, and discount coupons to visit our light show.

See the lights in open air! Santa's GIANT Sleigh seats 43 guests in tiered & comfortable seating! Feel as if you're nestled in the beautiful light adorned trees!

Corporate Groups
Give the gift of magic to your employees and clients this holiday season! With our corporate group offers you can purchase car passes for our light show for your employees or clients. We have two ticketing offers for corporate groups!

Option 1: Prepaid Tickets
When you purchase prepaid car passes you receive a discounted price based on the amount of tickets needed. This is a great way to give employees or clients passes to use on their own accord. They will be able to redeem these light show passes any day throughout our open season, November 19 - January 1 (excluding 11/24, 11/25 & 12/25 when the light show is closed).
Option 2: Voucher System
We also have a voucher system available that allows you to pay as passes are redeemed by the recipient. With this option, your group will be given vouchers with a promo code to use when purchasing tickets. You will receive a discount based on how many tickets were redeemed by your group. You will then pay for the total of the tickets redeemed.
