The Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of Lights is a safe activity to do with the whole family! Families can enjoy the 2 million lights from the safety & comfort of your own vehicle! Please consider the below information before making a visit to the light show:
Sleigh Rides: We are happy to be able to offer sleigh rides for our 2020 show which allows our guests to safely enjoy the holiday lights in open air! Sleigh rides will be available for those who feel comfortable riding in seats in close proximity to others. Masks will be required to be worn on the sleigh ride and when in close proximity to other guests for every guest ages 3 and up regardless of medical conditions. If you do not wish to wear a mask or be in close proximity to other guests, we recommend that you do not choose the sleigh ride option. Please note, any guest who does not wear a mask on the sleigh will be asked to leave the sleigh and will forfeit a refund.
For our guests who still want a unique outdoor experience but do not feel comfortable on the sleigh, we will be offering a new outdoor option this year: the Golf Cart Holiday Train! This is an outdoor option where masks will not be required as golf carts will be reserved for one family at a time. We will be offering Limo Golf Carts, available for families of 6-8 guests with 4 adults maximum starting at $50 per Limo Golf Cart.
Santa visits: We will be offering Santa visits for our 2020 year however they will look a bit different. He will still be smiling away in his Workshop but he will be situated to leave plenty of space between himself and his visitors. Santa will be happy to 'photo bomb' behind guests for a picture! Guests will still be able to write a letter to Santa to send to the North Pole.
While inside Santa's Workshop and The Ember Lodge, we recommend that guests please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Tickets must be purchased on our website in advance before arriving at the show. We do not accept payment at the gate. This is in an effort to safely monitor the number of vehicles going through our show and to limit contact between our staff and guests as much as possible.
