The Isaacson Family

The Wisconsin Christmas Carnival of lights is hosted at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Caledonia. Both businesses are a family affair including Randy and Theresa Isaacson, their three daughters Rachel, Bridget and Marley, and their son-in laws including full time maintenance manager Adam. In the summer months, the Isaacson's are busy entertaining guests that spend their family vacations with them. They manage a staff of 50-60 employees, including mainly high school and college students. During the Christmas Carnival; however, the Isaacson's have only a few extra non-family staff members helping them. Designing, painting and cutting displays, wrapping lights around nearly one thousand trees, decorating the tree tops of over 100 trees are just some of the many tasks it takes to make it all possible.

WHY A CHRISTMAS LIGHT SHOW?

After 5 seasons of owning and operating in the Campground business, the Isaacson's decided it might be fun to pass on a family tradition in the winter months. The Isaacson's enjoyed their family tradition of viewing Christmas lights every Christmas eve before returning home to open their presents. In their small town in Wisconsin's Northwest woods, there were a couple of houses that always had hundreds of Christmas lights displayed.

The family is happy now to share that tradition with you by offering you the chance to view over ONE MILLION lights. These lights are primarily displayed with their own hand made creative skills and abilities to give you the most unique and entertaining experience, unlike any other. You can expect something bigger and better and more fabulous as each year passes.
